hi jay
i was out of practice for 3 weeks .... i fell in the marathon ... they were 3 to 4 skater who fell ahead of me nd the pace was so high i dint have time to react so i had 2 fall ...
then i had sum breathing problems ... so i had a surgeory for my nose (deviated septum )
so after tht it is been lyk frm past 2 weeks im skating here .....
thanks a lot for the info abt the events where you are coaching this year ....
its exciting tht you are having them on the bank tracks ...
actually i am waiting for my dates for the nationals .... if they are out ill let you know ..

Your coach contacted me telling me you had been injured and out of comission for awhile? I hope all is ok? What did you do? He wanted me to get information onthe times of the 300 at worlds etc the splits of what was ran for Joey and what they were running at Residency here. Joey is out of the country right now so when he returns I will ask him for that information.
You wanted to know the events that I would be coaching at this year and here it is. Dec 12th - Jan 3rd I will doing a training camp at the bank track skating facility in Miami Florida. March 25th through the 31st I will be doing a clinic training camp in Austria then from there going right over to France for the three tracks race. You should do that event to get your longer races going. If you are interested in any of these let me know I will get you the information. The France trip is run by joe Cotter so I would get you in contact with him.

i had a surgeory 2days back ....i have a deviated septum for my nose .... in specific 2 tell you is lyk out of 2 nostrils of my nose ....from 1 nostril air comes more nd the other less ...

realy really sorry .... im in residency ri8 now ...as i told u its very hard 2 catch a system here ... no intrernet acces .... everything goin gr8 here ...
i have got 8 events 2 participate in the world championship ...
road - 200mts ,500mts nd elimination nd 42k marathon nd track relay track .300mts ,500mts nd relay
will give my best shot in the worlds ...
i am planning out when to come exactly ... will let u soon ...
yup i gave sum of the skaters the info of urs ...
dont know exactly who is contacting nd sum coach cum skater too ...
my flight is on 14th to china ...will be there till 29th ...
will keep on giving u updates as soon as possible ...

im bac 2 my home after abt 8 weeks .... it was gr8 working with you ...
actually i dint have no access of net in the residency ....
the performance in the residency was good ... i improved a lot ....
last residency i won onli 4 golds but now its 7 golds ....
nd i have got a new 200mts national record ....
i was the first indian 2 go 17 secs on road 17.98 last time i clocked abt 18: 50 ...
i improved a kind of 50 micros .... nd evrybody was congragulating me for tht ...
overall the performance was dam good .... got selected in the top place .....
i have just a month before my residency agaiin ....
i have just got a new bike for riding ....
so please let me know how 2 get prepare for the world championship ...
how many hours or wht kind of trainning on the bike ... then gym ... then on skates ....
will be waiting for ur mail

everything goin gud ... finished 1st in timetrail ... its rainning here .... the track is kind of wet ...even then we are runnin the trails .... reached india safely .....
